Restocking fee: If the buyer returns a product due to size issues or personal preference (i.e., they did not like the product), a 25% restocking fee will be charged original packing and receipt is required. This is applicable if the return is made within 7 days of purchase.
Product faults: In case the product is faulty, Oxbury will first attempt to repair the item. If the repair is unsuccessful, the product will be exchanged for the same or a similar product, but not refunded.
This policy clarifies that returns for personal reasons come with a cost, while faulty items will be repaired or exchanged, not refunded.
Appliance condition: Items can be new, open box, or scratch-and-dent.
Furniture and textiles: Items like furniture, mattresses, bed linens, and rugs are brand new.
Delivery area: Shipping is limited to specific regions in Ontario
Delivery limitation: Delivery is restricted to the main floor of a home
