Before You Order Online

Please read the specifications of the product you are buying, if a particular appliance or furnishing does not fit in your home Oxbury Warehouse will not be held responsible for refunding your product. 🛒

If the buyer does return a product due to size issues or personal preference (i.e., they did not like the product), a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Original packing and receipt is required. This is only applicable if the return is made within 7 days of purchase. 📦

In case the product is faulty, Oxbury will first attempt to repair the item. 👨🔧

If the repair is unsuccessful, the product will be exchanged for the same or a similar product, but not refunded.  📦🔄📦

We have a one-year warranty on all our appliances (this warranty does not extend to furniture items).

Delivery area: Shipping is limited to specific regions in Ontario. 🚚
